Irvine-based ChromaDex Corp. was up 7.9% to $3.57 and a $138 million market cap. New York research investment firm Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group initiated coverage on the ingredients making company with a “buy” rating and a $6 price target.
AGRICULTURE
Newport Beach-based chemicals maker American Vanguard Corp. was down 3.4% to $18.50 and a $546 million market cap on moderate volume.
RETAIL
Irvine-based Boot Barn Holdings Inc. was up 2.9% to $12.88 and a $342.5 million market cap. Los Angeles investment bank B. Riley & Co. upgraded the chain of western apparel stores to “buy” with a price target of $15.50.
