Kaiser Aluminum Corp. in Foothill Ranch was up 1.9% to $74.56 and a $1.3 billion market cap. The Commerce Department said the aluminum maker’s competitor China Zhongwang Holdings Ltd. evaded antidumping restrictions.

Autobytel Inc. in Irvine was up 7.7% to $11.92 and a $128 million market cap on high volume.
