HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Edwards Lifesciences Corp. was up 1.6% to $121 and a $25.7 billion market cap. The heart valve maker’s stock has risen about 51% year-to-date and analysts estimate the company’s third quarter revenue to increase about 7% to $796.4 million.
RESTAURANTS
Huntington Beach-based BJ’s Restaurants Inc. was down 2.4% to $36.19 and $874.6 million market cap. Analysts forecast the company’s third quarter earnings per share to fall about 35% to 36 cents in a soft market created by various social and political issues.
