Healthcare property owner and lessor Sabra Health Care REIT Inc. in Irvine was down 2.3% to $25.43 and a $1.7 billion market cap. CareTrust REIT Inc. in San Clemente and Ensign Group Inc. in Mission Viejo had declined slightly by midday as well
