Lantronix Sees 4Q Revenue Over $20M

Computer networking products maker Lantronix Inc. in Irvine says it expects to report fourth-quarter revenue above $20 million, up at least 15% more than the same period last year.

Lantronix said the preliminary figure does not include any revenue from the recently acquired Transition Networks purchase, which closed on Aug 2. The Lantronix fiscal fourth quarter closed on June 30, and the final figure will be released on Aug. 26.

Shares in Lantronix closed up 3.7% at $5.09 apiece for a market cap of $147 million. They rose another 2.2% in after-hours trading.
