An Irvine Cove home designed by noted architect Chris Light sold for $13 million to Fountain Valley mechanical contractor Pan-Pacific Mechanical President Cindy McMackin, and her husband, Chairman and Chief Executive Ronald McMackin, according to property records. The 3,050-square-foot home along Monaco Drive has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a detached one-bedroom guest house.
Records show the seller is a corporation linked to Michele Schilling and her husband, Frank, who is the founder of web domain name registry firm Uniregistry; it has a local office in Newport Beach. Tucked inside the guard-gated community, the home is also just a few doors east of the 4,950-square-foot ranch-style home the McMackin’s sold last year to an entity linked to OC’s Wealthiest-member Sue Gross, Bill Gross’ ex-wife, in an off-market deal for $12 million. Brokerage data shows that estate to be on the market with an asking price of $12.9 million.
Andre and Kathryn White of Compass held the listing for the just-sold Irvine Cove property. Rex McKown of Compass represented the buyer.
