Hospital Operator To Buy Psychiatric Solutions for $2B

Hospital operator Universal Health Services Inc. said it will buy mental health facilities operator Psychiatric Solutions Inc. for about $2 billion in cash, ending a bidding war with private-equity firm Bain Capital LLC.
