Members of the Orange County business community gathered at Hotel Irvine for the Business Journal’s 19th annual Family-Owned Business Awards on June 14.
Al Baldwin, chairman of Baldwin & Sons in Newport Beach, delivered the keynote address. The homebuilding firm was honored for longevity at the same event last year.
This year’s honorees are:
• Far West Industries, a homebuilder based in Santa Ana, in the small-business category.
• R&B Wire Products in Santa Ana, a manufacturer of laundry and janitorial transportation equipment, in the midsize business category.
• BakerStone International, a cooking products maker in Santa Ana, as an up-and-coming company.
• SeneGence International Inc., a Foothill Ranch-based skincare and cosmetics company, in the large-business category.
• Hi-Time Wine Cellars, a wine retailer in Costa Mesa, for longevity.
