Busy Month For CdM Sales

Though luxury sales are still not up to par with 2019 levels, sales for homes priced at or above $8 million started to pick back up in June when compared with previous months.

Four homes traded during the first three weeks of the month in Orange County for a combined sales volume of nearly $50 million.

Two of these sales were in Corona del Mar, a neighborhood that typically offers more supply of new or newly renovated homes, a hot commodity for buyers.

One such home was a recently completed 6,000-square-foot CdM Village property at 261 Evening Canyon Road that traded for $8 million.

Compass’ Marko Barker had the listing for the six-bedroom, seven-bath home.

Another recently completed CdM home in Irvine Terrace traded for $15 million: a 3,058-square-foot ocean view property with four beds and seven baths.

Ron Millar of Arbor Real Estate Professionals had the listing for the home; Jennifer Shaw, also of Arbor, represented the buyer.
