Brea Corporate Park, a seven-building office complex along Imperial Highway, has been listed for sale.
The property—one of the larger office complexes in North OC to hit the market of late—runs about 230,000 square feet and is on a nearly 12-acre parcel near Saturn Street. It’s about a mile east of the Brea Mall.
The complex’s low-rise buildings are 91% occupied to a mix of industries, such as healthcare, real estate and entertainment.
It should immediately bring in close to $3.4 million in rents for its new owner, according to the Newport Beach office of CBRE Group Inc., whose brokers have the listing for the property. It’s owned by private local investor, John Taylor.
An asking price hasn’t been disclosed.
