Irvine-based Alphaeon Corp. named former Securities and Exchange Commissioner Christopher Cox and Silicon Valley executive Dennis Wolf to its board of directors.
The “lifestyle healthcare company” works with doctors to provide services and products not paid for by health insurance.
Cox was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives before his tenure in charge of the SEC. He has served as a board special adviser to Alphaeon over the past year.
Wolf is chief financial officer of Santa Clara-based computer software company DataStax Inc.
