A Laguna Beach estate near Mark Cuban’s $19 million vacation home has traded hands for about the same price, records indicate.
The recently sold 8,000-square-foot home at 17 Montage Way is inside the ultra-luxe Montage Residences, a 13-home community near the Montage Resort & Spa.
The Dallas Mavericks owner’s Montage home at 3 Montage Way had been the highest reported price for the development.
The corner parcel home includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Tim Smith of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the sellers, Bruce and Nancy Deifik. The buyer was undisclosed.
Bruce, a Colorado real estate developer and former owner of Atlantic City, N.J’s Ocean Resort Casino, died in April, according to news reports.
Records show the land was purchased in 2007 for $8.6 million.
