CrownPoint Partners to be based in Orange County and South Florida

NEWPORT BEACH – A trio of commercial real estate veterans announced the launch of a national brokerage and advisory firm, with its headquarters in Orange County and South Florida.

Don Bingham, Shannon Bona and Julius Swolsky formed CrownPoint Partners, a commercial real estate company specializing in net lease and sale-leaseback transactions for industrial, medical, office, retail and special purpose properties nationwide.

The company will have two headquarters: 260 Newport Center Drive, Suite 100 in Newport Beach and 700 S. Rosemary Square, Suite 204 in West Palm Beach.

Bingham, Bona and Swolsky have combined to close more than $3 billion in sales volume across 750-plus transactions.

Bingham and Swolsky will be based in the Newport Bach office, while Bona would be in West Palm Beach. All three executives would be the company’s managing partner and co-founder.

Bingham, Bona and Swolsky previously worked at Newport Beach-based Graystone Capital Advisors. Swolsky was a managing director at Graystone, while Bona served as first vice president and Bingham was vice president.

Deals completed by the trio at Graystone include a $400 million automotive dealership portfolio in the Northeastern U.S. and new Walgreens locations in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
