Toshiba Corp., which has U.S. operations in Irvine, has started moving all of its overseas notebook PC production lines to Hangzhou, capital city of East China’s Zhejiang Province. The first batch of production gear in the Philippines was moved to Hangzhou recently. The move indicates a readjustment in Toshiba’s global strategy.
