Survey of 1,400 chief financial officers from U.S. companies with more than 20 employees, developed by Robert Half Management Resources
Thirty-six percent of the financial chiefs say if they could change one thing about their current positions, they would work fewer hours. Reducing the number of meetings is the top choice for 17% of the executives, while 12% want more forgiving deadlines. Seven percent of the chief financial officers want improved relations with their bosses, while 3% want to see their salaries increase. Of the executives surveyed, 8% said they wouldn’t want to change anything in their current positions.
