Newport Beach-based Superwire Inc. said Wednesday it plans to buy FTTH Communications Inc. of Roseville, Minn., for an undisclosed amount.
Superwire provides apartments, gated communities, homes and other consumer markets with high-speed connections for IP-based phones, digital TVs and the Internet.
FTTH provides voice, high-speed Internet and video services for residential communities in Rosemount, Albertville and Hugo, Minn.
The buy will give Superwire a another 600 subscribers.
