Santa Ana-based memory products maker SimpleTech Inc. said Monday it’s bought a British maker of computer storage drives that use flash memory instead of disks.
SimpleTech plans to pay cash for privately held Gnutek Ltd., though other terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Gnutek makes flash drives for businesses and pitches them as providing faster and more efficient access to data on a network.
