SCE Offers Rebates for Efficient Upgrades
Southern California Edison is offering its small business customers rebates of up to $100 under a new program that rewards energy-efficient equipment upgrades, according to a company press release.
“Because older equipment is generally less energy-efficient and more expensive to run, small-business owners can reduce energy costs by taking advantage of this limited offer,” said Jacqueline Jones, rebate program manager at SCE.
Eligible equipment includes lighting, refrigeration, air-conditioning and other units.
Businesses using less than 600,000 kilowatt-hours annually are eligible. For more information, call 800-736-4777. The deadline for applying is Dec. 15.
