Real Estate Roundup: YKK Sells Anaheim Building for $39 Million

Nissan Dealer in Costa Mesa Changes Hands

Anaheim Industrial Sale

A 130,000-square-foot industrial building at 5001 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim was sold for nearly $39 million, according to public records.

Japanese zipper manufacturer YKK Corporation of America was the seller, per the grant deed.

The buyer, according to the grant deed, was Augusta 5001 La Palma Anaheim LLC.

YKK specializes in manufacturing fastening products, such as zippers, and architectural products, such as storefront window systems and curtainwalls for commercial applications.

Costa Mesa Nissan

Wilson Automotive is the new owner of the Nissan dealership at 2850 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa, per public documents. The Orange-based auto retailer bought the 9,708-square-foot dealership on July 1 for $12.2 million.

The seller, according to CoStar data, was Connell Acceptance Corp.

Connell Acceptance paid General Motors Acceptance Corp. $2 million for the property in 1997.
