BPG Properties Ltd. paid $29 million to Hart Realty Advisors for Crossroads Anaheim, a two-building, 276,825-square-foot manufacturing and distribution complex at 1650 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Anaheim. The 11.7-acre site has a 122,600-square-foot distribution building and a 154,225-square-foot manufacturing and headquarters building. Marimix Co. paid $2.5 million to Enterprise Building LLC for a 15,607-square-foot food-processing facility at 987 Enterprise St. in Orange. The industrial building sold for $160 per square foot. Greg Velastegui, Rob Socci and Joe Miller of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.
The Geraci Family Trust paid $1.9 million to the Condon Family Partnership for an eight-unit apartment complex at 511 to 515 California St. in Huntington Beach. Rick Applebaum and Damien Breaux of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.
Ohana Investors 2 LLC paid $1.75 million to Thomas Piszczek for a 16-unit apartment complex at 2131 to 2137 S. Mallul Drive in Anaheim. Ken Morgan and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian represented both parties.
An undisclosed buyer paid $1.49 million to an undisclosed seller from Palos Verdes for an 8,160-square-foot office building at 1532 W. Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton. Nick Heung Kim of Sperry Van Ness represented both parties.
Mohammed and Bobbie Dean paid $1.1 million to the Geraci Family Trust for a four-unit apartment complex at 7862 Fox Circle in Huntington Beach. Michael Fine of Realty Solutions represented the buyer. Damien Breaux of Morgan Skenderian represented the seller.
