REAL ESTATE DEALS



SALES

Heitmon Holdings bought an 18,218-square-foot building at 20762 Linear Lane in Lake Forest for $1.6 million. Lee & Associates represented Heitmon in the transaction. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, AG Heinze Co. Inc.

Pan Pacific Retail Properties bought the 105,085-sqaure-foot Sycamore Plaza in Anaheim for $7.4 million.

CPI Properties Inc. bought a 9,135-square-foot facility at 301 W. 6th St. in Corona for $0.6 million. Faris Lee Investments represented both CPI and the seller, Barbara Harootunian Trust.


LEASES

ATL Products Inc. leased a total of 180,692 square feet at 141 and 151 Innovation Drive in Irvine. CB Richard Ellis represented ATL. The landlord, The Irvine Company, represented itself.

e-Site Inc. leased a 15,255-square-foot facility at 2701 Dow Ave in Tustin. The lease is valued at over $1 million. Lee & Associates represented e-Site. CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Itochu Technology.

Saddleman & Associates leased an 89,080-square-foot building at 1930 Malvern St. in Fullerton. The lease is valued at $2.3 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

Sit On It leased an 85,971-square-foot facility at 11870 Monarch St. in Garden Grove. The five-year lease is valued at $2.344 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

Realco Construction leased a 1,548-square-foot office suite at 23 Spectrum Pointe in Lake Forest. The total consideration was $63,716. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Realco. Landlord Olen Commercial Realty Corp. represented itself.

Safeco Insurance Co. renewed its lease of an 11,400-square-foot building at City Centre in Fountain Valley. The five-year lease is valued at $1.3 million. Cushman Realty Inc. represented Safeco. Landlord Arden Realty Inc. represented itself.


OTHER

The Phoenix-based Summit Builders Construction Co. opened a regional office in Newport Beach. The company previously had leased a space at the corner of Von Karman Avenue and Birch Street in Newport Beach.
