Foster City-based Legacy Partners Commercial paid $16.4 million to Irvine-based R.D. Olson Construction for two empty office buildings totaling 64,454 square feet at 2801 and 2811 Main St. in Irvine. Legacy Partners plans to develop apartments at the site. Jeff Williams and Doug Kilian of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. O’Donnell/Atkins Co. represented the buyer.
Realty Investment Fund VI LP paid $10.7 million to SM Brell II for the Ball Road Business Park, a 115,352-square-foot office center at 701 to 741 E. Ball Road in Anaheim. Alan Pekarcik, Mike Hefner, Dan Vittone and Jack Faris of Voit Commercial represented both parties.
Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp. paid $4.4 million to Civic Center Medical Arts Associates for the 35,746-square-foot Civic Center Professional Plaza at 500 W. Santa Ana Blvd. Jeff Hanson and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.
Daryl Verdoon paid $2.5 million to Keith Bonner for a 36,904-square-foot industrial building at 320 Reed Circle in Corona. Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Pat Delaney of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
Newcastle Development paid $2.1 million to Jeffrey Corporate Centre LLC for a 6,933-square-foot office building at 5500 Trabuco Road in Irvine. Kaye-T Wing of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Alan Docherty of ERA Fine Homes represented the buyer.
The Mcafoose Trust paid $1.9 million to the Dominic Bosco Family Trust for a 3,923-square-foot apartment complex at 225 Cypress Drive in Laguna Beach. John Reinhardt and James Vanar of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Jorge Hernandez paid $1.7 million to Kevin Wong for an 11-unit apartment building at 5811 Fullerton Ave. in Buena Park. Greg Bassirpou and Jonathan Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.
Staffing company owners Ceasar and Ernie Scolari paid $1.7 million to Gary Roberts for a 13,389-square-foot industrial building at 1261 Puerta del Sol in San Clemente. Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Ron Mornule of Pacific Shores Realty represented the buyer.
MMI LLC paid $1.5 million to Byon Chong for a 9,000-square-foot apartment complex at 1419 to 1423 S. Sycamore St. in Santa Ana. Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.
Leopolde De Jesus paid $1.2 million to A.T. Smith Properties LP for a 5,530-square-foot industrial building at 1767 Batavia St. in Orange. Pat Delaney and Frank Mejia of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Gustavo Salcedo of AS Financial Services represented the buyer.
Bob Coveney paid $1.1 million to Image Holdings Inc. for a 6,420-square-foot building at 34-A Mauchly in the Irvine Spectrum. Ted Rommel, Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented the seller. David Bolt of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the buyer.
Michael and Janis Sinko paid $957,000 to Talega Technology Park Inc. for a 6,600-square-foot office building at 1327 Calle Avanzado in San Clemente. Doug Smith of Pacific Coast Real Estate represented the buyer. Kurt Bruggeman and Dean Krieger of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Performance Machine Inc., a maker of wheels and other motorcycle products, leased 28,851 square feet of industrial space from Layman Properties at 5572 Fresca in La Palma. The three-year deal is valued at $626,000. Jeff Huberman of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Scott Smith, also of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord.
Executive Office Centers renewed a lease for 8,559 square feet and leased an extra 5,040 square feet of office space at Centerpointe La Palma. The five-year deal is valued at $1.6 million. Kim Shirley of Triad Development Co. represented the tenant. Tina LaMonica of landlord Arden Realty Inc. represented her company.
Crow Enterprises leased 6,300 square feet of industrial space at 180 E. Freedom Ave. in Anaheim. The value of the three-year lease was not disclosed. Paul Fisher of NAI Capital Commercial represented the tenant. John Marsca of landlord Bryan Industrial Properties represented his company.
Kingdom Beauty Supply Ltd. leased 4,224 square feet of industrial space at 840 Columbia St. in Brea. The value of the three-year deal wasn’t disclosed. Peter Shea represented the tenant. Paul Fisher and Robert Brandt of NAI Capital Commercial represented landlord Carl Loza.
