AEW Capital Management LP paid $32.5 million to Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. for the 307,781-square-foot industrial building at 50 Icon in Foothill Ranch. The building is one of six built in the Foothill Business Center. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
TS Wheel paid $7.5 million to Burke Commercial Development for the 62,639-square-foot industrial building at 14462 Astronautics Lane in Huntington Beach. Bob Goodmanson, Brian DeRevere and Steve Wagner of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented both parties.
Tung Dinh and Thien Tran paid $5.3 million to Robert and Debra Shredd for the 15,526-square-foot Buena Park Center at 5411 to 5471 Beach Blvd. in Buena Park. Two of the buildings are full. Jeremy McChesney of Hanley Brown Group represented both parties.
Power Property Management LLC paid $2.4 million to Johnston Family Trust for the 14,326-square-foot industrial building at 890 Mariner St. in Brea. Don Paul of Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented both parties.
Abdelmuti Development LLC, an arm of Huntington Beach surf shop Jack’s Surf & Sport, paid $2.4 million to the Ronald G. Pushea Trust for a 13,392-square-foot industrial building at 7575 Reynolds Circle in Huntington Beach. Jack’s plans to use the facility as a warehouse for its four Orange County stores. David Knowlton with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Tyler Pollak of Burke Commercial Development represented the seller.
Dan F. Winkler paid $1.9 million to Marjorie Ann Trevisani for the 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 1381 N. Hundley St. in Anaheim. The buyer represented himself. Michael Hefner and Mike Vernick of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.
Paragon Grouppe paid $1.8 million to Charlie Street LLC for a 9,298-square-foot industrial building at 1974 Charlie St. in Costa Mesa. Carr Construction paid $980,000 to Portico for a 4,600-square-foot industrial building at 11410 Knott Ave. in Garden Grove. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
An undisclosed buyer paid $955,000 to an unnamed seller for a 5,165-square-foot industrial building at 341 W. Grove Ave. in Orange. Johnny Eubanks of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. John Rothwell and Jim St. Omer Roy of GVA Daum represented the seller.
An undisclosed buyer bought 12 new industrial buildings in Brea from Guthrie Development Co. Terms weren’t disclosed. The buildings are part of a 13-building development known as Mariner Commerce Park and range in size from 5,330 to 10,960 square feet. Ben Seybold, Zachary Niles and Sean Ward of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
Coopersburg, Pa.-based Lutron Electronics Co., a maker of dimmers and other lighting control products, leased 10,813 square feet of office space at the Dupont Business Center at 2458 Dupont Drive in Irvine.
