REAL ESTATE DEALS



SALES

Eagle Group LLC paid $9.2 million to AD Liberty LLC for a 29,090-square-foot office building at 6A Liberty in Aliso Viejo. Steve Economos, George Economos, Geoff DeWolf and Matt Moore of NAI Capital Inc. represented both parties. A single tenant recently signed on for a seven-year lease for the ground floor, which had been vacant.

Jose and Carmen Torreblanca paid $4.1 million to The Hawaiian LLC for a 30-unit apartment building at 1650 Pampas Lane in Anaheim. The apartments sold for $139,333 each. Jon Mitchell and Tyler Leeson of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented both parties.

Victor S. Tanon paid $3.9 million to Simptomjune LLC for a 9,900-square-foot office building at 9851 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. The recently improved, two-story building is in the Irvine Spectrum. Chris Deason of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. NAI Capital represented the seller.

MG LLC paid $2.1 million to Castelli Family Trust for an 11-unit apartment building at 3902 W. Valencia Ave. in Fullerton. The apartments sold for $195,455 each. Jon Mitchell and Tyler Leeson of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.

Kim Family Trust paid $1.9 million to Indiana LLC for an 11-unit apartment building at 6596 Indiana Ave. in Buena Park. The apartments sold for $174,090 apiece. Mark Bridge and Jon Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.

Irvine Development Services LLC paid $1.4 million to David VanderVeer for a 4,350-square-foot research and development building at 1 Peters Canyon Road in Irvine. The building sold for $325 per square foot. Cory Napora of Realty Benefit Inc. represented both parties.


LEASES

RGT Capital Management leased 5,176 square feet of space at 1 Park Plaza in Irvine. The six-year lease is valued at $1 million. Garrick Shupe and Mitch Lundquist of Staubach Co. represented the tenant. Landlord The Irvine Company represented itself. This lease is an expansion for RGT, which is scheduled to move into the space in June.

On The Go Transportation Services Inc., which provides permits, insurance and other services for truck fleets, leased 3,159 square feet at 12383 Lewis St. in Garden Grove. The space is in the Cityview Office Plaza. The three-year lease is valued at $200,000. Marshal Vogt and George Thomson of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Abbey Co. is the landlord.

AVP Advisors leased a 3,064-square-foot office suite at 3300 Irvine Ave. in Newport Beach. The two-year lease was valued at $171,000. Chuck Hardy and Dan Mudge of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the undisclosed landlord. Jeff Morgan of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented AVP.
