An undisclosed buyer paid $5.5 million to an undisclosed seller for the 32-unit Kona Garden Apartments at 9731 Acacia Ave. in Garden Grove. The apartments sold for $171,875 each. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
An undisclosed buyer from Mission Viejo paid $3.2 million to an undisclosed seller from Studio City for a 22-unit apartment complex at 224 S. Lyon St. in Santa Ana. The apartments sold for $145,454 each. Shane Shafer, Mike Casagrande, Brett Bayless and Tyler Bengard of Sperry Van Ness in Irvine represented both parties.
N & C; Enterprises paid $3 million to Logan Mesa LLC for a 15,960-square-foot warehouse at 1261 Logan Ave. in Costa Mesa. The building sold for $188 per square foot. An undisclosed investor from San Clemente paid $1.6 million to Newport Beach-based Mirador Investments for a 10-unit apartment community at 6091 Fullerton Ave. in Buena Park. The apartments, which sold for $160,000 each, are full. Carlos Madrid of United Associated Brokers Top Realty represented the buyer. Larry DeSantis of Sperry Van Ness in Irvine represented the seller.
