Ohana Investors of Corona del Mar paid $5.2 million to Olga Holberg of Cypress for the 25-apartment Kenwood Townhomes at 1600 to 1610 N. Mabury St. in Santa Ana. The apartments sold for $208,000 apiece. Jay Skenderian and Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented Ohana Investors.
Knight Investments paid $5.3 million to Dion Family Trust for 3.5 acres of land at 715 to 845 Grove Ave. and 2011 to 2015 Batavia St. in Orange. The land sold for $1.5 million per acre. David Williams of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller. Dennis Dillion of MEI Realty represented the seller.
ROI Inc., a software distributor, leased 39,690 square feet of industrial space at 15201 Woodlawn Ave. in Tustin. The three-year deal is valued at $1 million. David Williams and Troy Wooton of Lee & Associates represented ROI and landlord Federal Disposal Services.
Connect Television Inc., an installer of satellite TV and home theater systems, leased a 12,900-square-foot industrial building at 2118 S. Anne St. in Santa Ana.
