Cerritos-based DJM Construction paid $1.6 million to Dan E. Neyenhuis Trust for the 8,780-square-foot industrial building at 1540 S. Lewis St. in Anaheim. Mike Vernick and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented DJM, which is moving to the building. Bill Livesay of Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller.
Balboa Instruments Inc., a maker of electronic controls for hot tubs and pools, renewed its lease of a 120,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 1382 Bell Ave. in Tustin. The value of the seven-year lease is $8.9 million. John Rothwell of GVA Daum represented Balboa. Michael Hartel of Colliers International represented landlord C2H2 Ltd.
