REAL ESTATE DEALS

Advent Inc. paid $7.2 million to Voit Development Co. for a 29,090-square-foot industrial building at 6A Liberty in Aliso Viejo. Mark Jerue, Craig Fitterer & Ryan Swanson of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented Voit Development, both part of Woodland Hills-based Voit Cos.

Nguyen Family Trust paid $6.3 million to Jin and Jay Investment for the 55-room West Garden Inn motel at 14502 Brookhurst St. in Garden Grove. Peter Pham of CCIM of PacificMark Commercial represented the buyer. The seller represented itself.

NSHE Deland LLC paid $4.7 million to Fashion Lane LP for a 25,993-square-foot office building at 202 Fashion Lane in Tustin. The building sold for $182 per square foot with a capitalization rate of 6%. Drew Wetherholt and Kevin Struve of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented the buyer. George Economos, Geoffrey DeWolf and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

WWB & D; Partners paid $3.6 million to Vacation Resorts International for a 12,544-square-foot office building at 23212 Mill Creek Drive in Laguna Hills. Adam Wicker & Dave Smith of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Gary Marquis of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the buyer.

Reojai Community Property Trust paid $2.3 million for a 10,134-square-foot office and industrial building at 21 Brookline in Aliso Viejo. The building was bought out of bankruptcy proceedings. It’s set to serve as the headquarters of Apex Funding Inc., which now is in Newport Beach. John Rothwell of GVA Daum and Clarence Yoshikane of Prudential California Realty represented the seller.

South North McGaw LLC paid $2.2 million to GGP Holdings LLC for a 14,040-square-foot industrial building at 1641 McGaw Ave. The building sold for $157 per square foot. Mitch Zehner, Louis Tomaselli and John Collins of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer.

Brown Tsui paid $1.6 million to SB Management for an 11,760-square-foot industrial building at 16722 Parkside in Cerritos. Paul Caputo of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Laird Perkins of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.

James and Linda Brown paid $1.6 million to Patricia Candelaria for about an acre of land zoned for industrial use at 800 E. Orangefair Lane in Anaheim. The land has some remnants of a building that was burnt down in 1999. Robert Gledhill of E.R.A. Yorba Linda represented the buyers. Jeff Hill of J. Hill & Associates represented the seller.

Orange County Properties LLC paid $1.5 million to Robert and Connie Shaw for a 6,640-square-foot industrial building at 1901 E. Carnegie Ave. in Santa Ana. Chuck Iverson of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer. Chris Clark of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the sellers.

Richard Bybee paid $1.4 million to Dale Walton for a 9,036-square-foot industrial building at 1918 Nancita Circle in Placentia. Mike Hefner, Mike Vernick and Seth Davenport of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

Communication Supply Corp. renewed a lease for 53,376 square feet of industrial flex space at 6400 Artesia Blvd. in Buena Park. The five-year deal is valued at $2.5 million. Cresa Partners LLC represented the tenant. Joshua Bonwell and Rick McGeagh of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord C & S; LLC.

Earth Computer leased 15,595 square feet of retail space at 32901 Calle Perfecto in San Juan Capistrano. The deal is valued at $2.4 million. John Hall of Lee & Associates represented Earth Computer and landlord San Juan Capistrano Yamaha.
