Kim Oviatt sold the 10,250-square-foot Van Nuys/Magnolia Shopping Center in Sherman Oaks to Albert and Juliette Bouzaglou Trust for $1.6 million. Cambridge Park Partners sold a 10,046-square-foot office condominium, a part of the 220,000-square-foot Cambridge Park business park at 3505 Cadillac Ave. in Costa Mesa, to Verne and Judith Gossen. Steven Hogberg of Coreland Carlson Commercial Brokerage’s Tustin office represented both parties. Gossen’s company, Employee Benefits Administration & Management, has occupied the building for four years.
Tel Portfolio/GE Capital sold the 15,000-square-foot Lakeland Plaza retail center in Lake Elsinore to a local investor for $700,000. Matt Hammond and Steven Hogberg of Coreland Carlson Commercial Brokerage’s Tustin office represented Tel Portfolio/GE Capital.
ELC Electric bought a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 5582 McFadden Ave. in Huntington Beach for $1.4 million. Bob Goodmanson, Brad Bierbaum and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction.
Sea Ridge Community Church of Mission Viejo acquired an 8,482-square-foot building at 18 Goddard in the Irvine Spectrum from Millennium Technologies for $1.3 million. Lathman & Watkins LLP, a Los Angeles-based law firm, renewed and expanded its lease into 72,000 square feet at 650 Town Center Drive. in Costa Mesa from C.J. Segerstrom & Sons for 10 years. Stephen L. Bay, Clay Hammerstein, Scott Gamber of Insignia/ESG as well as Kevin Bender of Insignia/ESG’s Newport Beach office represented Lathman & Watkins. John Barganski of Segerstrom & Sons represented the landlord.
Smart & Final Stores Corp. leased 30,000 square feet at 650 N. Euclid St. in Anaheim for 10 years. Jeff Moore, John Mehigan, Scott Horsley and Jennifer Bobier of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Smart & Final Stores Corp.

Miller United Insurance Brokerage Inc. opened its new Orange County office at 282 S. Anita Dr., Suite 200 in Orange. The new company is under the umbrella group of United Agencies Inc., a provider of business of commercial and personal insurance services.
Irvine-based R.D. Olson Construction began the expansion and renovation of the El Niguel Country Club at 23700 Clubhouse Dr. in Laguna Niguel. The $3.8 million project is set to be completed in May. Keary Gregg & Associates of Laguna Niguel designed the 9,000-square-foot renovation.
