Anaheim Union High School District paid $6.5 million to Crescent Corporate Centre for a 39,000-square-foot industrial building at 525 Muller St. in Anaheim. BluRock Investments LLC paid $6.1 million to REPFund and 2569 McCabe LLC for a 24,000-square-foot office building at 2569 McCabe Way in Irvine. Tom Thompson and Dawson Davenport of Real Estate Partners Inc. represented the seller. David Delancy of Corona del Mar represented the buyer.
North Orange County Regional Occupational Program paid $4.5 million to Crescent Corporate Center for a 37,541-square-foot office building at 1920 W. Corporate Way in Anaheim. Warner Redhill Investments LLC paid $4.3 million to AG/Touchstone Warner Redhill LLC for a 30,426-square-foot office building at 15901 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. Kathleen Howard and Jill Howard of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. Sam Parsa of Parsa and Associates represented the buyer.
Fast Foods LLC paid $3.4 million to Dave and Sheryl Schneider for a 14,500-square-foot office building at 5300 Katella Ave. in Los Alamitos. John Burke and Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Tiffany Dang paid $3 million to Gregory Holcomb for a 30,863-square-foot industrial building at 650 Freedom Ave. in Orange. David Williams, Tom Gilmer and Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Tom Gilmer and Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
Han Family Trust paid $1.4 million to Ted Engs for a 10,594-square-foot industrial building at 1751 N. Batavia St. in Orange. Randy Wind of Voit Commercial represented the buyer. David Williams of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Rosemary Voss paid $1.2 million to Calvin and Mary Wells for a 4,800-square-foot office building at 17771 E. 17th St. in Tustin. Tom Gilmer of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Tire Warehouse Inc. leased a 19,488-square-foot industrial building at 18203 Mount Baldy in Fountain Valley. The deal is valued at $1.3 million. Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Jim Snyder and Chris Coyte of Lee & Associates represented landlord Don Robertson.
PJ Group leased a 46,363-square-foot industrial building at 12250 Industry in Garden Grove. The three-year deal is valued at $850,000. Jeff Hirsch of Lee & Associates represented PJ Group. Scott Smith of Lee & Associates represented landlord Fab-Rite LLC.
