Christie Development paid $17.35 million to Mission Viejo Garden Plaza LLC for a 64,022-square-foot medical office building at 27001 La Paz Road in Mission Viejo. The building sold for $271 per square foot. Brian Barbutt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. The seller represented itself.

CT Realty Corp. paid $11.5 million to Warmington Capital Partners for a 44,970-square-foot office building at 23141 Moulton Parkway in Laguna Hills. Tenants include the county’s traffic courts and the sheriff’s office. Drian Garbutt and Allen Basso of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Lamborghini Orange County paid $9 million to Daniel Grable for two industrial buildings totaling 36,231 square feet at 2441 Pullman St. and 1701 Carnegie Ave. in Santa Ana. Lamborghini already occupies the first building and plans to use the second to expand its service department. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Robert Griffin of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Bethel Plastics Inc. paid $4.8 million to Dalton Holdings Group for a 34,000-square-foot building at 1900 Raymer Ave. in Fullerton. Philip Song and Steve Chun of Team Spirit Realty represented the buyer. Brad Gilmer and Clif Fincher of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Garble Family Trust B paid $3.95 million to Elliott Partners LP for 31,322 square feet of industrial space at 724 and 730 Dyer Road in Santa Ana. Robert Griffin of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. John Griffin and Max Wang of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

Newport Montessori paid $3.8 million to TC Communications for an 11,580-square-foot building at 17575 Cartwright Road in Irvine. Cathy Vu of Millennium Commercial Group represented the buyer. John Collins of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Logistics company Faro Services Inc. subleased a 131,280-square-foot industrial building at 5911 Fresca Drive in La Palma. The 28-month lease is valued at $1.5 million. The space was leased from International Window Treatments Inc. Luke McDaniel, Cameron Driscoll and Peter Castleton of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

Sanmina-SCI Corp. renewed its lease on a 125,760-square-foot building at 30200 Avenida de las Banderas in Rancho Santa Margarita. The two-year lease is valued at $1.2 million. The building is home to Viking InterWorks Inc., a maker of computer memory products that was acquired by San Jose-based Sanmina-SCI in 2002. John Griffin of Voit represented Sanmina-SCI. Greg Haly of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Carson Real Estate Trust.
