An undisclosed buyer paid $10 million to Irvine-based R.D. Olson Construction for two 33,593-square-foot office buildings at 2951 and 2955 Main St. in Irvine. The buildings serve as R.D. Olson’s headquarters. Steve Economos, George Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.

DiGiorgio Development LLC paid $6.3 million to Cypress Corporate Park LLC for a 67,000-square-foot industrial building at 10741 Walker St. in Cypress. Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the buyer. Rick McGeagh and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.

Interstate Equities Corp. paid $6 million to NNT Properties LLC for a 33-unit apartment complex at 2910 Ball Road in Anaheim. Tom Nguyen of NAI Capital Pacific Rim represented both parties.

Ocean View Medical Investors LLC and BAB 8 LLC paid $4.4 million to Park Center Exchange Inc. for the 12,992-square-foot office building at 441 N. Newport Blvd. in Newport Beach. John Bral of Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented the buyers. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

Cal KM LLC paid $3.8 million to BKM Development Co. for 17,848 square feet of industrial condominiums at 3189 to 3191 Red Hill Ave. in Costa Mesa. The building is one of four under renovation at the BKM Red Hill Business Center. The buyer represented itself. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented BKM Development.

Craig McHugh paid $2.3 million to BKM Development for an 8,057-square-foot industrial building at 3193 Red Hill Ave. in Costa Mesa. Paul Fisher of NAI Capital Commercial represented the buyer. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

Michael and Mary Rapacz paid $1.5 million to James and Susan Jordan for a 9,076-square-foot industrial building at 5370 E. Hunter Ave. in Anaheim. Steve Pelletier and Johnny Eubanks of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Southwest Inspection & Testing paid $1.4 million to the Vannatta Family Trust for an 8,861-square-foot industrial building at 441 Commercial Way in La Habra. Josh Hochgesang of Century 21 represented the buyer. Bradford P. Christian of Colliers Seeley represented the seller.

An unnamed buyer paid $1.3 million to an undisclosed seller for a five-unit property at 2463 Elden Ave. in Costa Mesa. The buildings are full. Sperry Van Ness’ Alex Pavich, who represented the buyer, said the property was distressed and was sold for redevelopment. Fred Gross of Gold Crest & Associates represented the seller.

Tawa Supermarkets Inc., the Buena Park-based operator of the 99 Ranch Market chain of Asian grocery stores, leased 20,064 square feet of industrial space at 6401 Regio Ave. in Buena Park. The 10-year lease is valued at $1.42 million. Patrick Remolacio of Colliers Seeley represented the tenant. Mike Foley of Trammell Crow Co. represented the landlord Regio Investments.

Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine leased 5,928 square feet of office space at 27882 Forbes Road in Laguna Niguel. The 10-year lease is valued at $2.2 million. Darrell McKibban of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. John Bral and Mariko Beaver of Beitler Commercial represented the landlord Mission Medical Investors LLC.

Irvine-based men’s salon Profile LLC leased 3,533 square feet of space in the Shops at Park Place at 2967 Michelson Drive in Irvine. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Dave Bueche of Sperry Van Ness Asset Management and Leasing represented the tenant. Greg May of Maguire Properties Inc. and Leslie Mayer of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord Maguire Properties.

Centro Cultural de Mexico, a cultural center for Mexican art and education, leased 2,224 square feet of space at the Knights of Pythias building at 310 W. Fifth St. in Santa Ana. The center moved from nearby in Santa Ana. The value of the two-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Dave Bueche and Roger Niez of Sperry Van Ness represented the tenant and landlord Broadway Improvement Co.

Event coordinator All Star Events leased 1,500 square feet of space in Dove Canyon Plaza at 31981 Dove Canyon Drive in Trabuco Canyon. The five-year deal was valued at $230,000. Dave Bueche, Roger Niez, and Eric Bissar of Sperry Van Ness represented the tenant and landlord Dove LLC.

Jamie L. Michaels leased space in a school building for Clever Endeavors Early Care and Education Preschool at 491 N. Hewes St. in Orange. Chris Clark at Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Roger Niez and Dave Bueche of Sperry Van Ness represented the landlord St. Verena Coptic Orthodox Church.
