An undisclosed buyer paid $5.5 million to Plaza Mira Costa LLC for a 22,770-square-foot multitenant office building at 3551 Camino Mira Costa in San Clemente. At the time of sale, the property was 97% leased to 22 tenants. Matthew Kipp of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented both parties.

B/E Aerospace Inc. renewed its lease of a 100,000-square-foot industrial building at 3355 La Palma. The 10-year lease is valued at $9.5 million. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the tenant. Landlord Kilroy Realty represented itself.
Future Fins Co. leased a 20,276-square-foot industrial building at 5452 McFadden Ave. in Huntington Beach. The five-year lease is valued at $930,000. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented both the tenant and landlord VDAP Properties.
Questex Media Group Inc. leased 12,724 square feet of office space at 201 E. Sandpointe Ave. in Santa Ana. The five-year lease is valued at $1.7 million. Michael Dorsey of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. Orion Partners represented landlord, Realty Associates Fund VIII.
Principia Enterprises LLC leased 2,144 square feet of office space in the Great Reunions at 9140 Trask Ave. in Garden Grove. The five-year lease is valued at $203,597. Roger Niez of Sperry Van Ness represented landlord Silva Family Trust. Dave Bueche of Sperry Van Ness represented both parties.
US Law Mitigation leased a 1,989-square-foot office space in the Jamboree Plaza at 4425 Jamboree Road, Suite 170, in Newport Beach. The 36.5-month lease is valued at $143,926. Dave Bueche and Roger Niez of Sperry Van Ness represented both the tenant and landlord, Signature Services.
Kyungwan Min leased 1,517 square feet of office space in Cornerstone Plaza at 4040 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Oliver Fleener of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord Glenborough Cornerstone.
Laurel Capital Group leased 1,506 square feet of office space at 535 Anton Blvd. in Costa Mesa. The value of the five-year lease was not disclosed. Oliver Fleener and Greg May of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, RREEF Fund LLC. Benjamin
