Knight Group LLC paid $6.3 million to Susan Street Partners LLC for a 44,640-square-foot industrial building at 2100 to 2120 Susan St. in Santa Ana. The building sold at $142 per square foot. Knight Group plans to convert the building into for-sale condominiums. David Williams, Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.

Bethel Plastics Inc. paid $4.8 million to Dalton Holdings Group for a 34,000-square-foot industrial building at 1900 Raymer Ave. in Fullerton. The building sold for $141 per square foot. Phillip Song and Steve Chun of Team Spirits Realty Inc. represented Bethel Plastics. Clif Fincher and Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates represented Dalton Holdings.

Meyer & Reeder paid more than $2.2 million to North Anaheim Associates LLC for a 13,502-square-foot industrial building at 1255 Patt St. in Anaheim. Tom Mulrooney of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented the buyer. Brad Gilmer and Jim deRegt of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Thermal-Vac paid $1.8 million to Gerrard Industrial for a 7,189-square-foot industrial building at 1204 Struck Ave. in Orange. The building sold for $250 per square foot. David Williams of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Miguel Sayes, Eva Sayes and Maria D. Guerrero paid $675,000 to Dale and Phyllis Kenny for a 3,216-square-foot retail building at 1647 E. First St. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $210 per square foot. Norberto Romero of Ricci Realty represented the buyer. Kam Jalali and Douglas Golden of Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented the seller.

Home Depot Inc.’s HD Supply Repair and Remodel leased 95,017 square feet of space in two warehouse buildings at 1044 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. The 10-year lease was valued at $6.3 million. Mike Bouma and Jeff Mitchel of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the tenant. Brad Bierbaum and Sandy Nalle of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord Seidner Trading Co.

Nissan North America subleased a 53,581-square-foot distribution facility at 1683 Sunflower Ave. in Costa Mesa to Showroom Services. Value of the three-year lease was not disclosed. Nick Spatafore and Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented Nissan North America. Gary Allen of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Showroom Services.
