SML SoCal Properties paid $10 million to Overton More Properties for a 64,000-square-foot industrial building at 1760 Apollo Court in Seal Beach. The building sold for $156 per square foot. Brian Luft of NAI Capital represented the buyer. Brian DeRevere and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.
MJJ Partners paid $5.6 million to Miraloma Properties II for a 35,785-square-foot industrial building at 1601 E. Miraloma Ave. in Placentia. The building sold for $156 per square foot. Mason West, a seismic and vibration control equipment maker, plans to occupy the building. Greg Osborne of Grubb & Ellis Co. and Greg Johnson of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Limpus Prints paid $3.5 million to Disruptive Investments III LLC for a 19,152-square-foot industrial building at 1820 Santa Fe St. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $183 per square foot. Scot Kelly of Saywitz Co. represented the buyer. Kevin Thomas and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Ronald Moser paid $2.9 million to Carriers Interconnecto for a 13,680-square-foot industrial building at 29 Journey in Aliso Viejo. The building sold for $212 per square foot. The building is part of the Focus Business Center in Aliso Viejo. Moser plans to use the building as a headquarters for Autotech Sport Tuning Corp. Jeff Carr and Keith Black of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
An undisclosed buyer paid $2.7 million to an undisclosed seller for a 28-unit apartment complex at 219 West Palais Road in Anaheim. The complex sold for $99,000 a unit. Tyler Leeson and Johnathan Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented both parties.
Marshall and Joanne Myers paid $2.6 million to Toehead Properties for a 13,333-square-foot industrial building at 26381 Via de Anza in San Juan Capistrano. The building sold for $195 per square foot. The Myers plan to open ReelTime Sight & Sound after renovations. Doug Mathews of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Toehead represented itself.
Thomas D. Rand-Luby of Laguna Beach paid $2.2 million to Lee and Laurie Eastwood of Whittier for the 22-unit Cypress Apartments at 806-824 S. Cypress Ave. in Santa Ana. The units sold for $100,000 each. Rick Applebaum and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the buyer and sellers.
An undisclosed buyer paid $1.85 million to an undisclosed seller for the 10,000-square-foot Fullerton Office Complex at 4100 W. Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton. The offices sold for $185 per square foot. Pasha Darvishian and Peter Sidoruk of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
Plastek Engineering paid $1.48 million to Lorac for an 8,160-square-foot industrial building at 586 Explorer St. in Brea. The building sold for $181 per square foot. Former vacuum maker Lorac recently went out of business and discontinued operations. Don Paul of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Bryan Miller and David Williams of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Body & Paint Innovations leased a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 7105 Fenwick Lane in Westminster. The three-year lease is valued at $347,000. Scott Smith of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Fred Spitzkeit of Ashwill Associates represented landlord Freeway Industrial Parks North.
