The Hindenberg Trust paid $6.3 million to Irvine developer GDC Cedarwoods for an 85,700-square-foot industrial building at 2461 to 2495 Orangethorpe Ave. in Fullerton. Mike Hefner, Jack Faris, Barry Walshe, Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented GDC Cedarwoods. Kevin Leonard of Healthwest Advisors represented Hindenberg.
Pacific Properties LLC paid $5 million to SSI Properties for an 82,000-square-foot, multitenant industrial building at 14351 Myford Road in Tustin. Brian Garbutt, Mike Meisenbach, Bob Griffin and Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.
Newport Beach-based Professional Real Estate Services Inc. paid $3.3 million to Newport Beach-based Newport Federal for a 21,769-square-foot office building at 1100 Quail St. in Newport Beach. Rob Mitchell and Alan Pekarcik of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Newport Federal. Steve Economos and George Economos of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented Professional Real Estate Services.
Scrapbook supply distributor Creative Imagination paid $2.3 million to Lester Holdings for a 20,900-square-foot industrial building at 17832 Gothard St. in Huntington Beach. Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Peter O’Neil of CRESA Partners represented the seller.
