Tustin-based DMK began construction on the interior of the 95,500-square-foot EXPO Design Center at 25600 Rancho Niguel Road in Laguna Niguel. In addition, the firm completed the interior build-outs of the Huntington Beach and Monrovia EXPO stores.
Bankers Mutual arranged: 10-year financing of $4.5 million for the 64-unit Cottages in Tustin; seven-year financing of $6.6 million for the 114-unit Huntington Villages Seniors in Huntington Beach; 10-year financing of $2.7 million for the 60-unit Mount Vernon Apartments in Stanton; 10-year financing of $7.7 million for the 120-unit Pacific Pointe Apartments in Tustin; and 10-year financing of $3 million for the 48-unit Santa Clara East Apartments in Santa Ana.
Johnson Capital Group’s Los Angeles office arranged financing of: $3.2 million for Bixby Land Co. on a warehouse/distribution industrial building in Cerritos; a $22-million acquisition loan with Column Financial Inc. for the Brea Union Plaza-Phase II shopping center in Brea; $4.6 million for an affiliate of Bixby Land Co. on the firm’s 114,988-square-foot El Dorado Park Self Storage facility in Long Beach; $6.7 million for Bixby Land Co. on the firm’s 115,186-square-foot Seagate Technology building in Costa Mesa. In addition, the firm advised the placement of a $23 million acquisition/renovation loan with Bank of America Commercial Finance for The Pacific Shore Hotel in Santa Monica.
Essex Realty Management Inc., Costa Mesa, received a contract to manage a 106,000-square-foot factory outlet in San Marcos. The mall was acquired recently by CT Realty.
