REAL ESTATE DEALS

An undisclosed buyer paid $4.8 million to Albany Synergistics for a 31,102-square-foot multitenant office building at 1901 Lambert Road in La Habra. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller. Jason Jamison of GM Properties represented the buyer.

Buckley Enterprises LLC paid $2.4 million to Koll Co. for an 8,602-square-foot industrial building at Koll Center 3 at 9247 to 9249 Research Drive in Irvine. Michael Hartel, Joe Winkelmann, Kevin Turner and Travis Haining of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

Irving Weiser paid $1.9 million to an undisclosed seller for a 16-unit apartment building at 9581 Alwood Ave. in Garden Grove. Michael Cavner of Investment Property Group represented the buyer.

Ocean Realty Group paid $1.5 million to BST Enterprises LLC for a 7,970-square-foot industrial building at 1295 S. Lewis St. in Anaheim. Mike Vernick of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Shaun Kearney of Ashwill Associates represented the seller.

Allen and Laurel Mclean paid $1.3 million to Ron Pereira and Ramon Madrid for a 5,362-square-foot industrial building at 3627 Serpentine in Los Alamitos. Brian Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the sellers. Juan Rendon of Ashwill Associates represented the buyers.

Advanced Earth Sciences Inc. paid $1.2 million to Koll Co. for a 3,877-square-foot industrial property at Koll Center 3 at 9307 to 9309 Research Drive in Irvine. Michael Hartel, Joe Winkelmann, Kevin Tuner and Travis Haining of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Nick Carey of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer.

An undisclosed buyer paid $1.1 million to Thurston-Boyd Interior Design for a 1,100-square-foot office building at 1524 S. Coast Highway in Laguna Beach. The building sold for $1,077 per square foot. Judith Upton and Traudi Hansen of Surterre Properties represented both parties.

AT & T; Inc. leased 15,093 square feet of industrial space at 2201 to 2211 Anne St. in Santa Ana. The five-year lease is valued at $1.2 million. Kevin Thomas and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented landlord Rice Thomas J. Trust. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented AT & T.;

South Coast Psychological Center leased 1,809 square feet of space at 980 Roosevelt in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. Robin Wherritt and Abel Wenning of Cresa Partners LLC represented the tenant. Rich Pincott of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord Great Far East Inc.

Newport Equities LLC leased a 1,609-square-foot office space at Newport Plaza at 1601 Dove St. in Newport Beach. The two-year lease is valued at $78,133. David Ellis of CB Richard Ellis Group represented the tenant. Dave Bueche and Roger Niez of Sperry Van Ness represented landlord Signature Services.

Brisco & Brisco Inc. leased a 593-square-foot office in Seaview Plaza at 20422 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. The year lease is valued at $9,962. Casey Immel of Colliers International represented the tenant. Tommy Bang and Roger Niez of Sperry Van Ness represented landlord Investors Trust Realty Group Inc./Seaview Plaza Inc.
