Cotton Buds Inc. leased a 30,123-square-foot building at 1240 N. Fee Ana in Anaheim in a deal valued at $1.7 million. Ian Britton, Bob Goodmanson and Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis represented Cotton Buds and landlord DSA Anaheim Business Park.
Porcelanatto Tile leased a 21,243-square-foot industrial building at 1230 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Anaheim for five years in a deal valued at $900,000. The tile wholesaler plans to move from 1600 E.
