SALES

GRE Irvine Tech Center Two LP paid $59.5 million to Irvine Technology Partners II LLC for the 251,585-square-foot Irvine Technology Center on Campus Drive and Teller and Bardeen avenues in Irvine. The Irvine Technology Center includes 11 buildings ranging from 12,000 to 53,000 square feet. Mike Meisenbach and Matt Moore of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.

Metro Properties LLC paid $11 million to Anaheim West LLC for the 79,932-square-foot Anaheim West Shopping Center at 3150 Lincoln Ave. The center is full. Paul Moore and Steve McDonald of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented Metro Properties. Anaheim West was represented by Inco Company Realty Inc.

Los Angeles investor Tibor Nemeth paid $8 million to San Francisco’s McMorgan Institutional Real Estate Fund I LLC for a 36,182-square-foot office building at 10 Corporate Park in Irvine. The three-story building is full. Michelle Schierberl, Jon Nesbitt, Bob Griffith and Tom West of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.

Suh Moon Presbyterian Church paid $3.1 million to South Coast Tabernacle for an 8,847-square-foot church at 8552 Lampson Ave. in Garden Grove. South Coast Tabernacle is moving to a larger facility. Hatty Hong of Team Spirit Realty represented the buyer. Suzanne Richie and Steve Ehrich of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller.

Newport Terrace LP of Laguna Hills acquired the 49-unit Newport Terrace apartment complex at 1401 to 1409 Superior Ave. in Newport Beach from Pasadena-based Superior Apartment Investors LLC for undisclosed terms. Steven C. Brombal of Hendricks & Partners represented the buyer. The seller represented itself.

Irvine-based MBK Senior Living, part of MBK Homes Ltd. acquired the 153-unit Sterling Senior Communities in Temecula for an undisclosed sum from an unnamed seller based in Washington state. Irvine-based Renaissance Senior Living has been hired to manage Sterling Senior. MBK, part of Japan’s Mitsui & Co., and the seller represented themselves in the deal.


LEASES

Boxing 2000 leased 5,861 square feet of office space at Lincoln Pacific Plaza at 1002 E. 17th St. in Santa Ana. The value of the three-year deal wasn’t disclosed. John Bergan of Bergan-Russell & Associates represented both parties.
