Sunset Highland LLC paid $8 million to NCC-Caliber V LLC for a 20,817-square-foot office building at 1031 Avenida Pico in San Clemente. Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller. Kathleen Silver of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer.
Windsor Capital/Elite Team Realty paid $4 million to Sereza Enterprises of America Inc. for a 33,000-square-foot office building at 3050 Birch St. in Brea. Tom Abel and Charles Stos of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller. Pete DeBest of Windsor Capital/Elite Team Realty represented his company.
Galkos Construction Inc. paid $3.9 million to Cabot Industrial Venue for a 34,821-square-foot flex building at 15262 Pipeline in Huntington Beach. Galkos is moving from elsewhere in Huntington Beach. Jim Snyder and Curt Stalder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
MHTH LLC paid $3.4 million to the Charles W. Hostler Trust of San Diego for an 8,400-square-foot retail building at 1101 N. Magnolia Ave. in Anaheim. The site is home to a Jack In The Box and a Shell gas station. Tony Albin of Colliers International Property Consultants Inc. represented the seller.
Blurock Investments LLC paid $3.3 million to Commercial Ventures for an 18,782-square-foot office building at 2900 S. Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. Jeff Hanson and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Bob Davis, Scott Johnstone and Greg Puccinelli of the Office Group represented the seller.
Leon Richman paid $3.1 million to Cary Podell for a 20,600-square-foot office building at 1212 Broadway in Santa Ana. David Cox of Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.
Henry Wu paid $2.5 million to William L. Day for Center Street Apartments at 718 W. Center St. in Placentia. Greg Hansen and Jon Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Campbell Value and Engineering Corp. paid $1.4 million to Sampson Industrial Park Inc. for a 16,000-square-foot industrial building at 2490 Anselmo Drive in Corona. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Jim Degret of Lee & Associates and Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
LEASES
Keller Williams/JNC New Dawn, a residential real estate company, leased 8,612 square feet of office space at 4010 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. Dave Willis and Shelly Bagget of Cresa Partners represented the tenant. Oliver Freener of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord Glenborough Realty Trust Inc.
Bowne Enterprise Solutions leased 27,060 square feet of industrial space at 2102 Alton Ave. in Newport Beach. The value of the three-year deal wasn’t disclosed. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Calwest Industrial Holdings.
