REAL ESTATE DEALS

Colony Realty Partners paid $60 million to BKM Development LLC of Costa Mesa for 553,431 square feet of warehouse and some office space at 6550 Katella Ave. and 11130 Holder Ave. in Cypress. The buildings sold for $108 million per square foot. Steve Batcheller, Rick McGeagh, Paul Jones and Josh Bonwell of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented both parties.

Asset Management Consultants paid $30 million to IStar Financial Real Estate Investment Trust for a 156,135-square-foot building at 5515 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Steve Batcheller, Paul Jones, Mark Friend and Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

The Orange County Sanitation District paid $6.2 million to Alfs Investments Group for a 51,909-square-foot industrial building at 7311 Doig Drive in Garden Grove. The building sold for $119.50 per square foot. Terry Knapper and Ryan Peterson of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

Emerging Display Technologies Corp. paid $2.1 million to Hale Avenue Partners for a 9,113-square-foot office building at 16811 Hale Ave. in Irvine. Emerging Display is moving from the Irvine Spectrum to the building in the Hale Avenue Business Center. Andrew Heron of The Saywitz Co. represented the buyer. Dave McKenney of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.

Young Song Martin paid $3.1 million to AC Industrial Properties LLC for a 22,500-square-foot industrial building at 6901 Eighth Street in Buena Park. Charles An of Prudential Realty represented the buyer. Chris Migliori of GVA DAUM represented the seller.

Daikin AC Americas LLC leased a 13,250-square-foot building at 17570 Cartwright Road in Irvine. The seven-year lease is valued at $1.4 million. John Gallivan of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Daikin. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Calwest Industrial Holdings LLC.

Nexgen Digital, an electronics distributor, leased a 15,026-square-foot research and development building at 17791 Fitch in Irvine. The five-year lease is valued at $1 million. Dave Kenney of Madison Partners represented Nexgen Digital. Tony Gleason of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Jean Francois Albert.
