SALES


Mother Colony Group LLC paid $10 million for the 9.27-acre Anaheim RV Village at 333 W. Ball Road in Anaheim. The recreational vehicle park has 274 lots, 19 campsites and two retail rental units. Don Nourse of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Douglas Danny of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented the seller.

HK Fullerton LLC paid $1.2 million to Costa Mesa-based Donahue Schriber Realty Group Corp. for a 28,422-square-foot retail building at 5250 Beach Blvd.

in Buena Park. The building sold at a capitalization rate of 2.8%. The space previously was occupied by a Sav-On Drugs store. Andrew Dunkman and Kirk Garabedian of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented both parties.


LEASES


Agility Logistics Corp. leased 34,160 square feet of space at 240 Commerce

in Irvine. The space is set to serve as Agility’s U.S. headquarters. The com-

pany is based in Kuwait and formerly was PWC Logistics, which bought Santa Ana’s GeoLogistics in 2005. The value of the 7-year lease wasn’t disclosed.

Mike Finley and Tom Taylor of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. Landlord Irvine Company represented itself.

Grandma Lucy’s leased a 15,577-square-foot building at 5 Chrysler in Irvine

(see story, page 7). The value of the 5-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Todd Herge-sell of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the tenant. Nick Carey of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord Tryon Trust.

Fillpoint LLC leased 8,145 square feet of office space at 1936 E. Deere Ave. in Santa Ana. The 5-year lease was valued at $900,000. Brett Merz and Brian Davies of Cresa Partners LLC represented the tenant. Brian Garbutt and David Whitney of Lee & Associates represented landlord Prim Alton Deere LLC.
