Pacifica Cabrillo LLC paid $51.7 million to Cabrillo Palms Associates LLC for the 272-unit apartment complex at 1345 Cabrillo Park Drive in Santa Ana. Pacifica Cabrillo plans to convert the apartment complex into condominiums named Monterey Villas. Curtis Gardner and John I. B. McCulloch of Arroyo & Coates Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.
Santa Ana MOB, a partnership between Santa Ana Medical Office Building and George Okida, paid $7.4 million to Olive Crest Treatment Centers for a 55,187-square-foot office building at 2212 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. Santa Ana MOB is expected to renovate the building and lease it to St. Joseph Hospital as a medical facility. Kevin Leonard of Healthwest Realty Advisors Inc. represented the buyer. Brian Corrigan and Rob Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.
Primary Color Systems Corp. of Irvine leased 62,000 square feet of industrial space at 265 Briggs Ave. in Costa Mesa. The seven-year deal is valued at $3.5 million.
