Boheme Properties LLC paid $3.3 million to Lifetime Nutrition International Inc. for a 21,467-square-foot industrial building at 3700 E. Miraloma Ave. in Anaheim. The building sold for nearly $155 per square foot. Seth Davenport of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Steve Crane of Ashwill Associates represented the seller.
Custom Interior Design paid $2.3 million to V. Twin City Ltd. for an 11,290-square-foot showroom and warehouse at 2131 E. First St. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $204 per square foot. Randy Greene paid $2.3 million to Timothy and Jennifer Buckley for an 8,233-square-foot showroom building at 325 N. Shepard St. in Anaheim. The building sold for about $279 per square foot. Parsons Trust paid $1.2 million to Queen Capital Corp. for a 6,300-square-foot industrial building at 10527 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove. The building sold for $190 per square foot. Adam & Sons Transportation leased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 15607 Heron Ave. in La Mirada. The lease is valued at $500,000. Chuck Wilson and Jeff Thompson of Colliers International represented the tenant and landlord Kane Industrial Properties.
