Ferrado Bayview LLC paid $35.8 million to Birch Bayview Plaza LLC for two, 49,110-square-foot office buildings at 20401 and 20411 Birch St. in Newport Beach. The buildings sold for about $364 per square foot. The buildings are fully leased to 10 tenants. Gil Marrero, Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
Glenborough Realty Trust paid $20.5 million to Mammoth Equities LLC for the Saddleback Financial Center, a 72,980-square-foot medical office building at 24012 Calle de la Plata in Laguna Hills. The building sold for $281 per square foot. It is 87% full. Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.
AK3 Anaheim Hills LLC paid $8 million to 5410 E. La Palma LLC for a 68,784-square-foot industrial building at 5410 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. The building sold for $116 per square foot. Louis Tomaselli from Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Keith Wilson from Colliers International represented the seller.
Tom Scimeca paid $1.9 million to Harvey Kallen for an 11,280-square-foot warehouse at 402 Harvard St. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $171 per square foot. Greg Velastegui of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.
Torossian Properties Inc. paid $1.2 million to Diamond Coast Properties LLC for a 3,929-square-foot industrial building at 2452 Alton Parkway in Irvine. Greg Diab of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. John Salmon of Pacific Pointe Partners represented the seller.
Lewis Equipment Co. leased 43,560 square feet of land at 701 E. Lambert Road in La Habra. The 2.5-year deal is valued at $213,000. David Williams of Lee & Associates represented Lewis Equipment and landlord Robert S. Beylik.
Milford, Conn.-based Stallion Bus Industries LCC leased a 22,454-square-foot industrial building at 1592 Jenks in Corona. The four-year deal is valued at $688,000. Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates represented Stallion. Paul Gingrich of GVA Daum represented landlord Collins Family Trust.
