Eagle Partners Ltd. paid $7.6 million to Safeway Inc.’s Vons Cos. for the 15,859-square-foot Boat Canyon Shopping Center at 600 to 610 N. Coast Highway in Laguna Beach. Brian Bethea and Joe Miller of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Emily Iseminger of RR Realty represented Vons.

Noel and Kathrin Turner paid $4.3 million to North American Resort Properties Inc. for a 25,985-square-foot office building at 125 Columbia in Aliso Viejo. Jeff Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Falcon Investment & Trades LLC paid $3.9 million to Robert and Diane Foster for a 28,150-square-foot industrial building at 3431 W. Carriage in Santa Ana. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Kevin Thomas and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

The Meeting Manager paid $2.2 million to Gerald H. Heidt for a 16,489-square-foot industrial building at 9 Marconi in Irvine. Meeting Manager is moving from Laguna Hills in January. Oliver Ternate of Zuvich Cannon Associates Inc. represented Meeting Manager, which handles corporate events. Jon Marchiorlatti and David Bolt of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Dyna-Flex International, a maker of exercise products, paid $2 million to Injans Properties Ltd. for a 17,040-square-foot industrial building at 1144 N. Grove St. in Anaheim. Dyna-Flex plans to move from within Anaheim in early 2005. Chris Migliori of GVA Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Ian Britton and Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Lissoy Family Trust paid $1.5 million to Thomas D. Keyes for an 8,762-square-foot office building at 2922 Daimler St. in Santa Ana. John Collins of Voit Commercial represented the buyer. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

George Meeker and George Zeber paid $1.1 million to JKSWA International System for a 6,700-square-foot industrial building at 26772 Vista Terrace in Lake Forest. Johnny Eubanks of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Jeff Carr of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Sign maker Outdoor Dimensions Inc. leased 110,487 square feet of industrial space at 5325 E. Hunter Ave. in Anaheim. The company is moving from Fullerton. The nearly eight-year lease is valued at $3.4 million. John Maresca of Bryan Industrial Properties represented the tenant. Brian Corrigan and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial represented landlord Kilroy Realty Corp.

FBI Express leased 35,000 square feet of distribution space at 1030 E. Valencia in Fullerton. The five-year deal is valued at $2.8 million. David Knolton of NAI Capital Commercial represented the tenant. Bob Goodmanson and Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Ventura Cera.

Roofing company Sarnafil Inc. leased 28,500 square feet of industrial and office space at 10701 Holder St. in Cypress. The five-year deal is valued at $1.2 million. Scott Heaton and Drew Casani of CB Richard Ellis represented Sarnafil. Michael Collins and Craig Sullivan of Collins Commercial Corp. represented landlord Patrick Connelly.

Intracorp, a unit of Cigna Corp., renewed its lease of 19,240 square feet of office space at 222 S. Harbor Blvd. in Anaheim. The deal is valued at $1 million. Garrett Ellis and Scott Kenny of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. David Giglio and Lori Smith of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented landlord Arden Realty Inc.

William T. White leased 15,010 square feet of office space at 18231 W. McDurmott in Irvine. The deal is valued at $1.1 million. John Griffin and Trent Walker of Voit Commerical represented the tenant. Bob Griffin of Lee & Associates represented landlord Profit Recovery Partners LLC.

Brisbane-based IGN Entertainment Inc., which earlier this year bought Irvine-based GameSpy Industries, leased 14,510 square feet of office space at 3070 Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. Terms weren’t disclosed. Brian Luft and Carla Lindstrom of NAI Capital and John Barsocchini and Bob Baumann of NAI BT Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Bob Thagard of Orion Property Partners represented landlord The Realty Associates Fund VI LP.

Glovis America Inc. leased 12,298 square feet of office space at 1665 Scenic Ave. in Costa Mesa. The five-year deal is valued at $1.1 million. Sam Olmstead of Voit Commerical represented the tenant. Lee & Associates represented landlord Carr America Realty Corp.

Fish Grill leased 3,328 square feet of restaurant space at 3988 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. The 10-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Tom Gioia of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Richard Hatem of landlord The Irvine Company represented his company.

All Fund Mortgage leased 1,558 square feet of office space at 15991 Redhill Ave. in Tustin. The value of the 19-month lease

wasn’t disclosed. Barry Knudson of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and landlord AG/Touchstone Warner Redhill LLC.
