The Harry S. Bouchier Family Trust paid $7.4 million to construction company KHS & S; Contractors for a 35,979-square-foot research and development building at 5109 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. KHS & S; and Voit Information Services, part of Woodland Hills-based Voit Cos., occupy the building. Jack Faris of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
Gholam Hossein Sadaghiani paid $6.9 million to Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp. for a 17,594-square-foot industrial building at 800 S. Raymond Ave. in Fullerton. The building was redeveloped and includes self-storage units. Kevin Turner of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the buyer. Jack Faris and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.
Jack Hojo of Orange paid $1.9 million to Eugenio Alejandre for a 12-unit apartment complex at 2114 to 2117 E. Balsam Ave. in Anaheim. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skendarian Investment Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Shane Shafer of Sperry Van Ness Asset Management and Leasing represented the seller.
Yen Vo of Laguna Niguel paid $1.2 million to Aaron and Judy Pazanti for four apartments at 23231 Saguaro St. in Lake Forest. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skendarian represented both parties.
Dr. Tertzakian and Dr. Greenberger paid $1.2 million to Mario and Lucy Polanco for a 6,051-square-foot medical building at 1801 N. Broadway in Santa Ana. Steadfast Cos. of Newport Beach paid an undisclosed amount to Koll Co. for a 53,000-square-foot office building at 4343 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine (see related lease item below). The building has been Koll’s corporate headquarters for 19 years. The value of the three-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.’s Panasonic Avionics Corp., a maker of in-flight entertainment and communications systems formerly known as Matsushita Avionics, renewed its lease for 145,000 square feet of office space at 26200 Enterprise Way in Irvine. Landlord Wells Real Estate Funds Inc. represented itself.
The Koll Co. leased 7,500 square feet of space at 4343 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. The value of the three-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Koll recently sold the Von Karman building and leased space while it seeks another location near John Wayne Airport.
