SALES


Frank Ricchiazzi’s San Clemente RRM LLC paid $6.8 million to Trette Family Trust for a 23,602-square-foot office building at 1020 Calle Recodo in San Clemente. The building is full with the headquarters of Don Roberto Jewelers Inc. Rob Johnston of Johnston Pacific represented the seller. Evan Kovac of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented the buyer.

An undisclosed buyer paid $3.1 million to an undisclosed seller for Del Mar Plaza, a 10,578-square-foot, mixed-use property at 111 Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente. Jack Hopkins and Marc Irvin of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller.

An undisclosed buyer paid $1 million to Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp. for a 5,000-square-foot warehouse with office space at 1509 E. McFadden Ave. in Santa Ana. Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. CJ Stos and Bryan Bentrott of Master Development represented their company.


LEASES


Inductors Inc. renewed its lease of 26,400 square feet at 5 Technology in Irvine. The company is a distributor of converters, capacitors, antennas, resistors, transformers and other electronics. Randall Parker and Stacy Garcia of Travers Realty Corp. represented Inductors. Landlord Irvine Company represented itself.

Financial software developer Evisions Inc. leased 15,700 square feet of office space at 410 Exchange in Irvine. Troy Wooton of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Landlord Irvine Co. represented itself.

Accounting firm Stonefield Josephson Inc. renewed and expanded its lease to 13,400 square feet at 5 Park Plaza at Jamboree Center in Irvine. Jeff Cowan and Mike Props of Studley Inc. represented the tenant. Landlord Irvine Co. represented itself.

Hacker Industries Inc., a maker of subflooring materials, subleased 4,582 square feet of office space at 1600 Newport Center Drive. Hacker moved its corporate headquarters from 610 Newport Center Drive. The five-year lease is valued at $1.1 million. Michael Dorsey of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Hacker. Randy Parker and Mark Gardner of Travers Realty represented sublessor Bank of New York Mellon Corp.

Monaghan Pavitt Enterprises Inc. leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 23024 Lake Forest Drive in Laguna Hills. The three-year lease is valued at $79,559. Judy Belland of Exit Elite Properties represented the tenant, which does business as Classy Closets. Dennis Blanchard of Asset Property Management represented landlord Laguna Hills Business Center.
