Ball Road and 1045, 1047, 1051 and 1055 East St. in Anaheim. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
Long Beach-based Bixby Land Co. paid $10 million to Little Britain Holdings LLC for a 122,807-square-foot industrial building at 1201 Bell Ave. in Tustin, part of Steelcase Inc.’s former campus. Bob Griffith of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Dave Desper and Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller.
RJ Realty Investors paid $3 million to Costa Mesa-based Donahue Schriber Realty Group Inc. for a 43,160-square-foot office building at 18302 Irvine Blvd. in Tustin. Tile distributor Las Vegas Tile leased a 34,494-square-foot industrial building at 1190 Stanford Court in Anaheim for $1.3 million. The five-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial represented Las Vegas Tile and landlord Ponderosa Investments.
Alpharetta, Ga.-based Choicepoint Inc., which provides verification data to insurers and employers, leased a 33,001-square-foot office building at 3075 E. Imperial Highway in Brea. The five-year deal is valued at $3.4 million. CB Richard Ellis represented Choicepoint. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial represented landlord F.E. Colyear Properties LLC.
